For massage service, myself usually goes to d below places.
1) Sanado (Near Holiday Inn Hotel & Metropark Hotel)
2) 莉莉按摩中心-桑拿按摩 (near Dragon Hotel)
3) East Sauna at Waldo Hotel

As for KTV, my advice is to cross over to Zhuhai as d expenditure will be much cheaper unless high expenditure cost is of no issue to you. All 5-Star hotels in Macau provides very good KTV facilities. Of course there are also some small KTVs in d neighbourhood but pls take note that some of these joints are run by underground bosses & it may not be safe especially when it is time to pay d bill.
