I asked a few VN ladies and all say it's easier/better to go to Msia. But it's impt to find the right place. Proper saloon have hair & nail services etc but no "special."
But beware. One lady told her Singkie bf she is working in KTV in KL. Fact is, she is taking up to 10 customers a day. And they are planning to get married soon.
