well .. normal working class ppl don wash their hair everyday, do make-up, pay fees, pay fines ... thus they can survive even with a few thousand rmb per mth .. it takes a lot of determination, will-power and discipline to make effort to save some money every mth ... it's ain't an easy life for them ...
