Yes, full HD is naked. However, HD will only starts at certain time. Sometimes it's 2100 HRS and sometimes it's 2300 HRS, it depends on the YANDA situation at that moment in time.
I suggest that you go to Chang An for Naked KTV. But before making your bookings, check with the person you book with if HD is available on your dates otherwise you will be disappointed. Lastly, winter is around the corner, better go before mid-November.
