From BTS Nana, it would be around 6km. If the traffic is moving, 60-80 bahts tops for taxi. Night rates are higher.
Tuk-tuk? you need to negotiate with the driver, though I would consider taking the taxi first. Normally, most tuk-tuks won't take you across town like that, unless they are the ones hang around your hotel.
