I don't particularly like Harlem....dancers r fleshy and the ladies r tame and not sexy type. That's my view when I was there 2-3 mths ago.
My fave bar along Intramara is Rainbow.
The others like RCA, RCA2, The Best, Spicy, Baithong are like a box of chocolates....U never know what U going to get
