Yes, couldn't agree more - especially that one near Chang Ping! But I've been to one in shanghai that's via a side-door Of a very luxe restaurant - and it's quite plush and can compete with some of the lesser casinos in SE Asia.
My friend also goes to one that's also well established and run by some very powerful backing in Dalian; so I imagine that there are others in China too.
