Not the same. Felicia Chin in the drama where Kym Ng owns a bakery she was a ME. Short hair. When FC was in SAF number 4 in the drama she was a CPT as an artillery officer and Tay Ping Hui was a commando officer.
Then I remb the one where Paige Chua was a Navy CPT with Jasmine Sim as a ME in the air force. Both of them look gd in the number 4.
