At the airport just head to the section that the app has error. They will manually verify and let u through. All u need is to scan the QR code which to fill up the declaration online

Not too sure about vaxx cert, but for the past few times I went within recent 4 months... they seemed pretty strict about it at grand indo (was staying at ascott so I went grand indo almost everyday)
