I jus got back from Macau n stayed in Golden Dragon, the weekday rate is HKD560. Casa Real, which is jus opposite is about HKD 600.
Generally I find the hotels in Macau are not cheap, especially during weekends...eg. like Golden Dragon is as high as HKD 1,100.
Around Golden Dragon there r some travel agencies nearby, jus walk-in to purchase the hotel voucher, it's much cheaper this way, as compared to the walk-in rate of hotel. Walk-in to couples of the agencies and u will have a good feel of the hotel rate liao....
