It is NOT sensationalized. There are two layers to your foreskin. The inner layer is where all the nerves are. In high cut, the inner layer is retained (instead of removed), and exposed, hence the two tone color.
This is why many prefer high cut. If you have no idea what you're talking about, don't spread misinformation.
You are making a decision based on asthetics, others may make decisions based on sexual pleasure.
