Not too sure about Lisa Hotel in D5 or KTVs....
Since cater to taiwanese, should have no communication problem. Take care, dun let them suck you dry. Their knives are very sharp.

If you stay in D1, you will be nearer to those happening pubs.
As well as to some of the honda/street FLs I had mentioned.
