On the contrary bro, it is fair. We must always remember that getting contacts here, (or getting anything from anyone wherever you may be) is a privilege, not a right...
Anyway, why do you think the only way to write an FR is to get contacts first?
Ask any bro how they started off... a lot started with legal Cat50 joints or Thai OKTs as I did... then sharing the experience in the respective threads.
All the TS is asking for is just one FR. Is that an unfair criterion? C'mon bro. A little effort goes a long way here....
