if there is a balance of your keeping fit, and you do not harm your body, some people gym too much to the point their body is harmed, you do not read until u neglect outside world, you do no read until you get too short sighted and remember resting your eyes every 30-45mins, there is a balance there so no addiction.
i would define addiction is something u lose control over and want it badly.
