Mexico would not be top of my list for some reason. Colombia would be, but then again, so would most south America countries. I'd start with Brazil or Argentina probably. Europe, budget would likely be an issue. Prague has incredible talent but so do Poland, Russia etc. Problem is that it's not such a chill trip (and you find Eastern Europe girls everywhere)
I think the economic shakedown of the pandemic might change the options and the landscape in the short term also. So, hard to say...
