- She is paying $1000 for rental, $1000 for agent fee every month

Busy day earnings
($50 x 8) + (998 x 20%) = ~$600

Slow day earnings
($50 x 4) + (499 x 20%) = ~$300

Busy & Slow days in a month = 14 days each

Estimated monthly earnings after costs = ($600 x 14) + ($300 x 14) - ($1000 + $1000) = $10,600

ML is CONSERVATIVELY EARNING fucking 10K+ PER MONTH after costs
