Unfortunately no single surefire way to tell which are reliable.

Just gotta do your homework and assign a higher believability weightage to FRs written by Bonksters who are:
  1. Not newly created SBF accounts
  2. Higher Rep points than average (at least more than 20)
  3. Post history shows them booking from across all stables not just the same few over & over
  4. Some good old common sense. If something sounds too good to be true it usually is
