I'm in my mid 60s. It's very true good sex can keep both husband and wife (girlfriend) radiant and young. I bought a (red) hard cover book in MPH Johor some 30 years ago called “Taoism and Sex”. It teaches how couples should copulate in order to have Yin-Yang energy balance to keeping young. Each session should be around an hour including intercourse for 30 mins or more, preferably without condom. Taoist priests were known to “go down mountain” periodically to brothels to balance their energy some 2,000 years ago.
I'm not bluffing; I still look like in my early 50s. My secondary school classmates have always voted me as the youngest looking in the group. Even my former 25 yo Vietnamese sugar babe for 2.5 years said I performed like a 40 yo in bed.
