nowadays probably just use meds, cheaper and more reliable.
but if there is an actor who can even help to cut these costs away, its a plus point for the producers
for sure they wont want an actor who cant keep it up for hours even with meds + fluffers

Got 1 jav actress told me shooting 1 scene typically take 1 hour, where they have to change angles and all. Sometimes actor's dick also go limp. Have to film in front of whole filming crew, remember scripts and ejaculate on director's command. 😂
