Normally real breast will not have so much meat at the top of the breast. Because it is fill with silicone, the top looks meaty. Normal breast if big, e.g. c or d cup, it will sag and the top is less meaty.. this is just by looks.

But by feel is easy, real breast is nice soft and tender. Fake breast are hard, not nice to the touch.

Have experienced both, still love all natural. If small is ok, but prefer original. I use to have a FB with fake breast, really takes away the fun during foreplay.

I never feel boobs b4 (no gf) but I have seen real boobs swinging in action b4....they look awesome if its real though

There are very good & soft silicon these days but costs tens of thousands for the boob job which most FLs won't pay so we'll most likely encounter hard fake boobs.

Real boobs, when not in a bra, will change shape to go downwards and sideways near to beside the armpit area(looks like a tear drop shape). Fake boobs shape doesn't change (always very round and like a ball)

Interesting question I had with classmates on the way home: if you are a boobs person, would you prefer a real B cup lady or an enhanced E cup girl. Assuming looks wise they are equally hot and good in bed.
