can anyone tell me whats the procedures of booking a hotel? locations of good/cheap hotels? why so cheap. hotels costing 20-30 dollars? can someone explain to me?

They are budget transit hotels, meant for "short" stays.

or look in SG yellow-page and find all hotels, call them to find more or book your rooms

Nowadays, no more 20 dollars rooms de 81 le.... All increased 10 bucks le... So ur budget should be at least 30sgd for a hotel transit room... =)

U wan more expensive de transit also have... From lion city hotel, paramount hotel to those 5 stars, just call and check lo.. Isn't there a slogan or sth? : "Let ur fingers do the walking..." Call up and check bah...

I dun go Geylang ma, then i just quote wad the recept at 81 say.. And yes, i hate GL... =P

I was booking a transit room on WC final that nite, then i asked: Now 81 all 30 bucks ah?
Den he answer: ya... all increased 10 bucks...

So u see... Not my fault... =P
