What happens during/after PTC state court
Hi all,
Just need to find out for a friend....what will happen after a trial is transferred to the PTC? Usually how long can the lawyer 'delay' the sentencing date to serve time before being sent back to her home country? What will the sentence be like? Jail term ? Fine ? Offense: Overstayed (1 year) Any info/advice is much appreciated.
