Tis for bros who have limited dough,cos I realize spending 150/pop though manageable,the diff in value u get from doing other things w the same $ is different e.g spending 60-80 for a good meal. Recently I find going 4a gd meal like jap sashimi meal cuts down urge cos I tink w the same $ I can have 2 or 3 such meals

just DIY if really buay tahan. After self release the urge should be reduced until the cooldown period is over. Repeat.

Getting FBs is a more economical way. Don't misread my statement that you have to spend a lot on the girl first. There are girls who are out just for fun too.

Get a piggybank, everytime got urge, take $150 and put into the piggybank and wank it off.

End of year, can go for holiday with the $7500 (Consider 1 bonk weekly) you saved... Or can get a new ipad/iphone/etc.
