I would say it starts from the agreed timing when you book her. I have mixed experiences where some are time watchers and everything was done in 30 mins and I left.. other times where after I did my 1 shot, the ML asked me to lie down and rest a while then bathe.. after bathing and dried myself, she offered me to lie on bed to rest more as it is early still and she has no appointment after.
