Just wondering if anyone ever encountered an issue whereby u have rock solid erection during sleep and when waking up, soild erection during porn but when its the real thing u cant get it up?
It has been this way for me for almost 2 years and i have been relying on cialis for the real thing. I did body check up and there is nth wrong with me. I do not want to depend on med for the rest of my life but i am not sure where to seek help for this. I have tried quitting porn and masturbating but it doesnt help.
Not even sure who can i see to get treatment.

If there is nothing wrong with you physically then the cause is obviously psychological.

Does your erectile dysfunction occur during commercial sex only or does it extend to your relationships?

Is the problem one where you cannot get an erection or is it case where you can get going but cannot maintain an erection in order to finish the deed?

Perhaps you can combine porn with intercourse so you get the best of both worlds.

I visited dr tan clinic before and i was given cialis. He was saying it could be vascular leak but vascular leak can have strong erection during sleep and warching porn? I am only 30 years old.
