How and where to test for HPV as a male?

Gave a lot of oral sex to FLs and MLs over the last 12 months, possibly around 15-20 or so. A few of these ladies were also super popular, making them possible hot spots.

Haven't gotten a Gardasil vaccine (yes, retarded of me, I know).

Over the past month or so, I've been producing quite a bit of phlegm, and have had occasional sore throats for no reason. Given the distinguished history that my mouth has with vagina, I'm obviously at high risk for it.

Any recommended way to get it tested as a male? Looked it up and seems like there's no FDA guideline.

There are many clinics that u can go for testing. Eg DTAP, ATA, DSCetc. Suggest that u go a package test to test for various STI. Google "STI testing" and u will find quite a number. U may want to select one that is convenient to u.

I've been to DTAP and find it is ok.

If u got HPV, u likely to have develop genital wart.

Can look up Action for Aids (Afa). It's basically like a COVID test but it uses blood. They'll also advise on the window for testing after having exposure.

I did it with them last time when they had free testing campaign. In my opinion, they get the job done and have the right procedures in place to protect privacy (eg at no point in time they record your name and result).

In the absence of any symptoms eg visible warts there is no standardized FDA approved test for HPV for males.

I doubt very much if any of the clinics that advertise STD screening actually check for HPV.

Can buy test kit online and test by urself, I usually buy from China while traveling there, then bring back if needed. Also, HPV vaccines is another choice, anyone below age of 45 can discuss with doctor on whether can take the vaccine or not.

Bro, AFA only test for hiv, dcs and afa using the same clinic but act differently

I guess the good thing is that if you test positive it tells you something but if it tests negative you're still none the wiser as it is not sensitive enough to provide accurate results.
