Which shop? There were tons of foreign friendly shops along the canal area in Hakata. And even a Korean operated information centre for tourists. Most were very foreigners friendly due to huge influx of tourists

Explore Fukuoka RLD in Nakasu, went to the information centre Manzoku Station was told only King Massage accept Gaijin. I didnt believe and try my luck on shops that has better Google reviews.
