I think mostly can go if they are comfortable with u. U have to explicitly ask them, some of them very shy when come to physical intimacy especially those who seldom provide such service.

Quite normal for ktv gal to initiate going out ley. They also have need too. Or sometime instead of knocking door to service so many man, she prefers to service 1 chosen man for that night which is nameci in this scenario

Once you rejected the gal adavance for going out, she will feel insulted and u can forget about sitting with her anymore.

Those gals that I went out with normally I must have some type of gf feeling or maybe got very good chemistry with me.

For me it slightly different... same as you, must have gf feeling and chemistry but cannot have too much if not abit weird for me coz i already attached lol so it quite a fine balance to achieve a certain mood as I told bonk and jf before, hence I never go ECA with a girl yet.
