There is no more price control in PT..... the WLs charge what they feel is their value.
50 was the rate recommended by the house OKTs but now they bochap anymore so the WLs setbtheir own price.
And it is not fixed price for everyone..... different customers get quoted different prices ranging from 30 (yes still have this price) up to 100.
