A few did mentioned to me they might have to change lines down the road in view of the recent changes in the law. More like a wait and see situation now.

remember frequently seeing one particular dude hanging around the shop chatting with them. if they are busy, will see him loiter nearby and eye people walking past the shop. his behaviour fits a lookout guy, maybe he is who this reporter saw.
