I met a couple of real estate agents in Republiq and yes, the sentiment is that it is not worth investing in condos in Manila. One was real pushy and wanted to meet me in SGP to sell me a unit but the other one strongly recommended against purchasing a condo in Manila for investment purposes. According to her, there are many unsold units as well. For those investing, best to sit out. If you are buying it to stay, by all means go ahead. And sugardad hit the nail on the head with his comments.

Went to republiq last Friday nite. It is a happenning place. Didn't expect much 1st cause all gal look vip class.. But do manage to meet 5 pretty gals.. Model class. No regret goin there..
