I usually will want to meet up the girl for a meal first and decide if we are comfortable to proceed further. If she's not my type then I'll offer her $100 for her time and if both of us are willing to go ahead we'll proceed to have a quickie.

After the session I may give her an amount pro rated from the monthly agreed sum based on let's say 3 times a week and after a month I may give her on weekly or monthly basis.

So far most of the SBs that I have prefer to have their expenses given every week.
