Go for the first test 3 month later.

Then go for another test 6 months after the accident to double confirm.

Maybe the WL is consuming Thruvada or already have HIV. If TS have not went for PeP treatment by now; touchwood if have disease it's too late already. PeP treatment within 3 days is the only way for HIV. In 3 months time, it's telling you that you are at the point of no return.
