Bro, suggest you go see a doctor about this. Could be due to lower testosterone. If that is the case, it could be normal ageing or could be other underlying conditions. So seek medical help. All the best.

Try dropping meats ,eggs, dairy and cheese. Eat oats for breakfast with soy milk. Try for 1 month and see how it will improve

i am also in my 50s . I encountered the same situation before recently last year when I reduced my frequency of raw sex, Later and subsequently I had more raw sex to get the sperm flowing regularly. Try to PCC less and increase real sex, it will help you to cum when u PCC. It worked for me.
