That's the trend I have been seeing. That's y it is important to state the terms. To me, ppm is always the way to go but of course after a few meetings, everyone is comfortable, biweekly and monthly allowance can come into terms.

Due to pandemic situation, it's local market now for SB. And my pov is to always negotiate with SB, for a win win situation, don't just blindly follow their rates. My personal preference is to go for monthly allowance, instead of ppm. If go via ppm, can just consider FL dome instead. We want to enjoy SB, SB also need to make ends meet.
