Seems like Real originally offered 1m euros, the dirty cheapskates. Good on LFC for wringing some dough out of them.

£8m for a player leaving on a free in a month anyway, is cracking business. Real have essentially covered about 95% of Trent's wages for this past season.

The summer 2025 window will open from 1 June to 10 June 19:00 BST and then from 16 June to 1 September 19:00 BST. We announced Frimpong's deal on 29th to 30th May. The actual transfer window isn't opened yet even as I am typing this.

I found a possible reason why Frimpong was announced before the official transfer window opened.

Real Madrid announced the signing of TAA before the window opened on 1st June. Can be seen on their Facebook page.

Liverpool responded by announcing the arrival of Frimpong (also before transfer window opened). We announced the arrival of our new rightback just as the old rightback left. I feel Frimpong may be the long term replacement for Salah. He's not a traditional right back

We all knew this will happen. Kelleher is good backup but will never be no. 1 for Liverpool goal.

The Brentford No 1 keeper left to join Bayern Leverkusen. So much transfer news for Bayern Leverkusen who had just employed Eric Ten Hag as manager. He took over after Alonso left to join Real Madrid. Hopefully we attached bonus clauses and a buy back clause for Kelleher.
