One good place for oil massage is at the West Coast Recreational Club. Strictly no hanky panky (maybe except one)... Elaine is one of the best, but frequently fully booked. Usually all middle-age aunties...

Facilities: Hot/Cold Pool, Sauna, etc
Food/drinks: Free-flow
Big Room for TV

Got services for feet massage and back rub (by a guy) too...

Best is it is just beside the carpark, discrete...

Overall a very nice place! And the oil massage is quite good!

I had been to a few HCs which IMHO are not too bad :

1) Hot Spa at Roxy Square
2) Savanna Spa at 78 Shenton Way
3) Badminton Hall

The others that I think would give a decent and soothing massage would be the PDMM TNs
