Min 4hrs not to release, the best one day or more...
Juagen actually increase circulation , mean qi.this was been told by some juagen ml.
Yet some juagen ml may not agreed.
They just press your point n it will sleep.
I think you have to experience yourself.

today tried the famous Juagen master LinLin's JG, take one hour package. first 30 minutes JG, and followed by 30m back massage.

A little pain initially, but after 15 minutes then no pain. will test fire power with my FB in the weekend.

will try more in the future to maintenance my tool
