even though looking for prostitutes is legal , will we be hauled back for statements as the AV may be looking to convict the pimp or the atb ?

Unless the blueboys intentionally want to cause you trouble, otherwise they will just ask you few questions (for the sake of formality) and then just let you go. I doubt you can even call it a statement.

Don't worry, you will not be "hauled" back to police station not with an arrest warrant. Know your right, bro.
