I'm not sure, but I think if you want HJ, look out for SPAs which offer Oil Thai massage. I just went to one in Chang An East Road 1st section, beside this lamb hotpot shop. Walked in, ask for full body oil massage, the lady boss downstairs called for girl no.3. Nice body. Asked to shower then wear disposable underwear. Ok Ok massage, with 30min to go, she ask whether want HJ. Was alright, only managed to grab and feel the arse, didn't really try to auto-roam. Total damange 1300 entrance fee + 500 tips. The girl is from Fujian, says that normally there's about 13 girls, but mostly are from China.

Used Mandy service for the first time in taipei on a Sunday night. Asked for a 8k girl who is fun, experienced and curvy in the afternoon for a night session. Was sent two photos with blurred faces, one said age 21 the other age 23. Chose the older one cause she said is more experienced.

Girl arrived 15 mins early which was good. But looks was nothing like photo sent. Face was not good but lucky body good so did not reject since was late and lazy to wait for a new girl which may be even worse
