Several frens/bros told me recently that CP has quantity but not quality. Most of the gals there r so so only. They said SZ now has better quality MMs. Is that true?

I hv been to TAM (Singapore) a few times recently n the quality is mediocre at best.

Your finding is right on.
CP has quantity and not quality. Although there are hundreds of MMs in any one of the well known KTVs, only 1 -2 % are of top quality.
Shenzhen attracts much higher quality MMs and the top KTVs compare well with Beijing and Shanghai's. One therefore does not need to travel to Beijing or Shanghai to source the best ones as Shenzhen will do fine.
