thais price are normally start from $25 - $30 with or without room. in certain place you can get them for $26 with room.

viets price are usually starts from $26 - $30 with or without room. based on their standing location, the viets will adjust the price accordingly.
the rundown room is between $5 - $6 for usage maximun up to 30 minutes per session. so the $30 viets with room is slighty cheaper than $26 viets without room.

yw bro from my observation when they start working as early as 8am till early afternoon which they will then take a rest before cumming back again for work at night time and at wee hours 4am onwards are considered their non busy/non peak hours as there are less people/customer walking by.
