Few things to take note of.

1) If it is genuine, TS should ben able to get an investor easily from his own contact. There is no need to source for one here.
2) Source of ladies, Tua Pek Kong, lodging are the key here. Not too sure of the cost but should not cost too much.
3) Never part $$$ with strangers especially such deals. If he runs with the $$$, there is no way you can get back legally. Reason I said that is cos I ever loan a small amount to a friend who claimed he have everything in place. Yet he disappeared after few weeks. Zero contact now.

Please do your due diligence before parting your hard earned $$$.
