Guys, try this trick I deployed when I was in your shoes.

I have a regular gym session, sometimes after work and sometimes on weekends.

After gym will go shower before go home.

So, you can slot your fun time first and then go to gym.

Or you had your fun time and take a shower using the body gel and shampoo you usually packed when go to gym.

So, when I tell my OC I am going to gym on weekends, I will usually combine this with my SB meet up. Can meet after gym or just meet and skip gym altogether, be flexible
