The "A" room had a rack on one side with some connections on the ceiling. Based on the pictures, C and D rooms not much different than Love Hotel, other than the management expects to hear some whacks and screaming.

A room or B room: 2 hours - 11,200YEN *5,600YEN for every extended 1 hours
C room or D room: 2 hours - 6,000YEN *4,800YEN for every extended 1 hours

Not cheap - but note the extra hours in the better rooms is not that different. Since you've gone all that way, might as well jump in at least once.
