Convincing a ML to move in with you

I live alone and have an extra room. What are the chances of you bros who manage to convince the ML to stay with you by offering not to charge for staying and give her a fixed token sum for her company and sex? What's the minimum sum you got her to accept? I don’t mind a relationship either but I know of someone who gave 2k per month to his ML. I think that's too much .

I have a ML who now offers herself to me. I want to negotiate with her to stay with me. She doesn't need to pay rent, I just want to offer a reasonable token sum to her since I don’t have to head to the spa (can skip the entrance fee ).

She should be more than happy to just stay for free. At best, fund her daily transport to work, that is about all.

The ML is from a nearby spa, there is no transport cost to work haha. But if she is willing to stay over, I won't have to go to the spa anymore, then probably still need to give her some token. Of course if she don't want it, will be best .

Its easy to acquaint on a short time purpose driven basis.
Living together will be the hard part.

Living together, will have a lot of time for friction.
Since it is benefits driven, she will wonder and worry if you tire and want someone else, she will have to look for another place and move.

You hold all the cards, she is at your mercy on lodging.
It also may not turn out as beneficial as you want.

If you are fine with what you are getting now, then just as is.
Changes seemingly for the better may get you more than you bargained for.

Getting her to move in is not the problem. Getting her to move out is the real issue. Some of these bitches are so emo, the whole floor will her screaming at you and throwing shit around in your flat when you ask her to move out.

No, I won't feel bored lol. I can eat the same meal everyday but of course not do it everyday. Maybe about 3 times a week is fine. Besides ML working hours is long, I just need company sometimes.

As long as my basics are satisfied, I'm fine. Probably she will be the one tired of me lol. Of course currently she treats me very nice, not sure if her mood changes later .

There are some benefits and disadvantages now vs moving in. Currently we do it at the spa after hours, but there is always a risk of getting caught. The benefits is of course the cleaning up. Moving in may be messier, but I can always make adjustments. And if she's adventurous, we can play more things like Nuru. Can't do that at the spa.

The time we can spend together may also be more and not limited to the timeslot. No need to pay for the entrance fee too.

Haha, haven't got this experience before. Will take note of this. Only had FWB moved out when she RTC. Of course, its because she had to return.

or you can rent your room out to a proper student or worker then use that money and fund your visit. you wont have to stick to a certain ML and get stuck with her living with you and not wanting to move out later.

you get the money and the freedom of choice on who and what to spend that money on.
