I had disappointing experiences with those now on level 5. Charge more than Xiaoqian for full but service nowhere close to Xiaoqian's standard and they are much older, I stopped exploring former ot arrivals after that.

LOL..i haven't been to PL for a while but when i last did, L5 is full of scammers. Alot of the bros will just ignore that level. Actually L4 and L5.

Never tried any before on level 4.

I sticking to level 3. Mostly going back to Xiaoqian, a sure bet for a good and satisfying bonk.
