Anyway just want to add that when I was there, it seems like 2 guys were taking over the security counter. The existing Indian security guards seemed to be teaching 2-3 new Chinese guys how to use the security cameras. They looked like Malaysian Chinese. I even noticed one of the new guys adjust the camera outside Bobo's unit, so he can get a better view. So bros, just take note, in case these new security guards become too "siao-on" and start reporting on the girls..
Practically all the MPs have dedicated CCTV cameras installed by the management pointing right at the entrance recording movements in and out of the unit. They are also recording raids and sending to the unit owners to discourage renting to MLs.

Frankly speaking, no cause to worry. Management needs to rent out space to earn money. ML will draw in crowds and crowds means business opportunities to most of the other tenants (especially food and beverage) in the same area. It’s a eco-system that allows one to leverage on each other to thrive.
So long as bros don’t cause troubles (frustrated for not able to get the ML they want, or poor svc by ML etc) and the ML don’t go overboard (openly coming out to drag customers, treat bros like carrots), this place still can survive.
Moreover, if really suay kenna caught during raids, bros here at most lose face and face some embarrassment/warning/fines.

Management don't need to rent out to earn money. They are MA paid to run the building. The units don't even belong to them. Parklane is a strata titled building. Every unit has its own owners. In fact, some owners think the presence of the MPs degrades the value of the building and makes it hard to rent out for normal businesses and affects enbloc valuation. You just need to read the minutes on the notice board to know that management does not welcome such activities. Sooner or later, Parklane will go the same way as Fortune Centre and Orchard Towers (which are strata titled buildings as well).

Uh what? You do know the CCTV directly above their door are theirs right? They literally have the whole system and you can see it inside because it's at where they sit. The one hanging far away and overlooking the entire walkway is the management's, they aren't even the same model.

I am referring to cameras mounted on the corridor ceiling looking directly into their unit entrances. Unless you mean to say all the MLs come together mass buy and install the same CCTV camera model to install exactly outside all their units to look at themselves? Not likely right?
Management doesn't doesn't allow the MPs to install cameras on common areas. The MLs used to do that and were asked to remove. That's why their own cameras are located at the ledges looking outwards (not inwards) to monitor external movements instead of looking at themselves.
PL has their own veteran AP and rates
The OT new tenants can continue with their old pricing and see if there are till many customers
Parklane veteran APs at most charge 150 for a short massage and main course, eg Xiaoqian. Some others even willing to go lower. Let's see how long then those OT new comers will lower their rate.
Easy to spot those who came over from OT. Besides their sky high rates, they tend to dress more revealing and sexy.
