I suspect 60, cos last time when i Young was 40 than increase to 50. But I still hope no inflation so stick to 50 i can have more fun!!!

Kinda agree. Some possible speculation could be also after F1. Where boys in white will want to manage risk. Then once F1 is done G1 open.

Issue is will the playground still be at geylang??? Or some where else the boon docks. During lull period some property group had acquire a few plots of the old chicken houses hoping to build residential/mixed uses properties. If open at chicken coops open at Geylang their new properties will be affected in value.

Wild FL and ML are ruining every part of the city fringe area, from Tiong Bahru you drive eastward to the city and to east , every exit you can think of one or two la sup nest. Parklane 7 storey all come back, think the anti vice also not blind. Apparently anti vice is very smart. It’s just a matter of who complain . Anyway it’s confirm geylang back this year and the hidden vice is getting a big wipe from anti vice, they raided a few places and end up overcrowding MW hotel. Now they just want to catch the webmaster and focus back to geylang .

There is only a little part of geylang where u see the big red light sign are still there ...along lorong even no up till 20....but that area rezoned commercial only....but what does that mean... commercial sex zone? U all know where the concentration of red light are...but any activity after 17 apr?

If I recall correctly that area has always been zone commercial hence the hwee kwan and temple can open doors. Commercial doesn’t necessarily means retail . Can mean up to a few things . Zoning don’t matter. Number of houses don’t matter. At the dawn of its life span when 1651 and red eagle closed, punters are still heading there to play. There are many resources the AV can give to bring in Okt. It’s a matter of licensing. From what I understand they don’t give out anymore. This piece is from pak loo aunty last time Lor 20 house of japan , she say she want go pass down but cannot coz no one take over even though the one that want to take over is old . AV has many wierd criteria one. But I digress. We shall see it open not in April but in months to come .
