Talking Re: What do you want for retirement?

This is the mth of Assurance packages. I received $700. And we shall add on. After retirements we wish for more GST payouts. Even after GE23. I guess GE is coming soon.

Spotlights. Tampines GRC. Could be the 3 GRCs taken over by the hammer. My gut feelings only. Because past 3 yrs. The party in charged focus on PR and new citizens. Disrespects to born locals.

That's another thread. Not here. Sorry!

I don't have children, that's why it's easier to retire at 50 with sufficient funds. Families takes a big chunk out of savings that can be used for investment

The answers are get are like to be with wife, travel with wife, pursue hobby etc.

My answers are different though. I want to feel the sweetness of courtship with others, thrill of ONS/FWB, drinking and clubbing and waking up with a hot chick every other week.

This is aspirational but it's just thoughts. Anyone feel the same?
Important is your kkj still can Synchronize with your thoughts at that time

Re: What do you want for retirement?

Retiring at 50 in SG is a dream for many. A lucky few like you are living the dream of many.

I am in a cross road of whether to choose to retire at 50 or continue to find a 2nd career.

Most likely I will choose the 2nd option, but I will relocate overseas and rent out 2 of my properties here to generate passive income.

If your 2 properties are fully paid, you can relocate overseas and semi-retire. work short hours or work only a few days/week and take it easy.

Re: What do you want for retirement?

One of my property is fully paid and rented out. The other is not fully paid yet.

If I were to rent out the current condo I am staying, the total combine passive income from rent is approx $5k.

My initial plan is to retire in Thailand but even with the passive income I won't be able to sustain a TMM

Probably need to downgrade further to Batam/Bintam/Bali

Was looking at retiring to chiang mai or chiang rai,

at 2k sgd a month from CP(something),
I believe it is very much doable to have 2 hot chicks a week and a huge condominium with swimming pool , just rental of course, so every year you have the choice to switch place.

If your monthly passive income is about 1k to 1.5k sgd, I think u can consider relocating to Chiang Mai , Chaing Rai region.

Re: What do you want for retirement?

My HDB, car, credit cards all paid off. Earning rental from 2 condos but my job still pay reasonably well since my work is very niche and hard to find people. Eldest in army, second one doing attachments already. Left third one.

So salary is to just spend. Half give wife, the other half, I spent on all the hotel 81. Don't give any money to the maids but once in a while, give a bit. The rest, just keep in the bank.

Now a bit lost about what to do with my life cuz fucking a different girl almost every night when I go out and meet the maids and I'm damn sian of work but don't want to stay at home do nothing.

Feel like resigning but then the thought of losing my pay stops me from just saying "fuck it".
